The meeting was called to order at 8:04 by the Chair, Mary Marshall. Attending were Mike Seekamp, Barbara DiBartolomeo, Rick Fortin, Mary Marshall, and Carolyn and Ted Pekalsky.
The minutes from the November 18, 2014 were approved on a motion made by Rick and Mike seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous.
Mike made a suggestion to request a new LCHIP sign in the annual report. He motioned to send the annual report as amended to LCHIP. Rick seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous in the affirmative.
Mary suggested revising the by-laws to require one annual meeting and one site walk per year for each easement. The committee agreed on the 3rd Saturday in October with a rain date of the 4th Saturday for the site walk and the 1st Thursday in November for the meeting at 8:00am.
Carolyn so moved and Ted seconded it. Motion carried unanimously.
Mike motioned to eliminate the position of treasurer and Carolyn seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.
A motion was made to continue with the same officers of 2015 to 2016. The motion carried unanimously.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:20 am.
